PayPal

By choosing the PayPal payment method you will be redirected to the official PayPal site where you can complete the payment.

Credit Card

Select PayPal at checkout and enter your credit card details. A PayPal account is not required.

SHIPPING

Shipping costs are free in Italy.
For other destinations in Europe and the UK the cost of shipping is € 15.00.
For other destinations outside Europe and the UK the cost of shipping is € 30.00.

RESI

During the 14 days following the delivery of the product there is the possibility to change it. The exchange will be possible only if we receive the product intact. We will pay only the shipping costs necessary for the change.
If you want to change a product, please inform us as soon as possible within 14 days after the product is delivered. Please send an email to this address: info@cocoongin.com. In case you wish to exchange a product for anomalies and damage (not caused by shipping), send the product by prepaid mail and we will send you another model.
